Mindfulness Meditation 

Mindfulness is learning to pay attention to our moment-by-moment experience with an attitude of kindness and curiosity. With practice and training we cultivate  a deepening awareness and compassion for ourrselves and others.  We become more resilient to the ups and downs of everyday life.

I am currently in a 4 year training programme through Mindfulness Africa, under the guidance of Rob Nairn. It is after consulting my trainers that I am offering once a week guided meditations, introducing different tools for you to cultivate your own practice.

These classes are not charged for, but any donation or Dana  for my time is greatly appreciated.
